I try to create an account on the PoserAddicts II site and it won't let me. I keep keying in the information and it goes back to the beginning, what am I doing wrong?

I sell products on other stores and want to sell at PoserAddicts, what must I do?
When we converted PoserAddicts 1.0 to PoserAddicts 2.0 we ported all our users at the closure of the site into the new CubeCart based store. CubeCart uses EMAIL addresses for logins and not Nicknames, as the old store did. So your login would be your EMAIL address that you used at PoserAddicts 1.0. The password was reset by us as the password on PoserAddicts 1.0 was encrypted and we could not port it over to the new system 1 to 1. So we set a new password in and EMAILED everyone the new password to their registered address. However, many either have changed their emails and never updated them, or their email trashes our emails or considers them spam-mails, or our servers have been blocked by your provider. Many possible reasons why you didn't find out, or get a mail. We setup a simple solution, if your email was valid, then you can simply try to login using your email address, and if it doesn't accept your password, and tells you that your email is already registered, then simply go to the LOGIN option and then select FORGOT PASSWORD, put your email address in, and it will mail you a new password. Its that easy.

Will my store history from the old PoserAddicts store be added to my new account here?
If your email address didn't change from the old store to the new one, we will port over as much of your purchase history as we can. Not all merchants followed the new store to its new home, so some products are no longer in the store and are no longer sold by us. We did not port the now no longer sold products into the store, so they are no longer available, however, all that are still sold by us, are still in the store and we can and will port your old info into your account history. This will occur around March 2010, as we are waiting for our older users to have relogged themselves into the system. Those who haven't relogged since our re-opening in September 2009, after 6 months, will be purged from the system and will have to create a new account, and all of their old history will be purged as well.
If I dont' get a notification after my PayPal payment has gone thru, what do I do?
On the main screen of our store is a HELP option, both in the main menu and at the bottom of the page. This mails us at our Help@PoserAddicts.com email address, which is watched every 2 hours or so on working days. We can usually respond to help cries, relatively quickly, and try to fix the issues. If PayPal for some reason doesn't verify your order and automatically turn it on within a reasonable time (10 minutes or so maximum) after paying, then contact us immediately so you don't have to wait long for us to check it and turn on your order.
I don't get Newsletters from PoserAddicts, why?
We don't automatically add users to the newsletter mailing list, due to our providers strong Anti-Spam mailing policy. There is a special page for newsletter signup you must use to get our Newsletter. This can be found in the peel-back-corner on the main www.PoserAddicts.com page in the upper right, or in our menu for Newsletter Sign-Up.
Will PoserAddicts have a Wishlist sometime in the near future?
We will be modding our system to include a wishlist in the very near future, yes.
Will PoserAddicts have Coupons and Gift Certificates in the near future?
As with wishlists, we will be adding a coupon and gift certificate module to the store as well.
Does PoserAddicts have a Gallery?
Not at this time, as we have no one who can monitor and administrate a gallery for us. We do not wish to have images that could damage our standing as a family friendly site, and without a proper vigilant moderation staff, we will not take the risks at this time, however, we may implement a store-controlled best-of gallery, which the users may submit artwork to us every month, and the best 3 would win products or prizes for the best picked artwork.
Does PoserAddicts have a Chat Room?
We are currently testing a chat-room for the purposes of having merchant-customer chats and group meetings and such. This will after a testing phase be added to our forums as a live built in chatroom.
Does PoserAddicts have Facebook?
Yes, we have a Facebook presence, managed by our Promotions Manager: LoveIcy. Our Facebook page can be found under Facebook@PoserAddicts.com
Does PoserAddicts have Twitter?
Yes, we have a Twitter presence, managed by our Promotions Manager: Antonio. Our Twitter page can be found under Twitter@PoserAddicts.com
Our merchants post product renders of their items which are currently in the store and also some which are upcoming in the galleries there. And we love to have our customers who purchase products from us, also post their images using those products in the PoserAddicts3D Group. The PoserAddicts Group on Deviant Art which is a general Poser fan group, does not belong to us however, but we support them 100%.
I sell products on other stores and want to sell at PoserAddicts, what must I do?
Very simple, if you have a customer account at our site, simply login to that, then on the main page is a 2nd login option to Register as Merchant. Follow the instructions in that page to sign up as a Merchant at PoserAddicts. In our menu here there is a selection on how to sign up as a merchant and what the screen looks like. Check that out first so you know how to fill out the form and send it to us. Immediately after you Register as Merchants, drop us a note via the Help@PoserAddicts.com email address and tell us about yourself, where you are from, what type of products you do, what your genres are, what products you use to create your items, and we will write you back with any information we may wish to have or know. The process after that is pretty simple, and we do alot of preparation for you in the background. We will then mail you instructions, details and logins for your store.
